He expressed his concern over the increasing levels of debt that will oblige coming generations to pay higher taxes.  Toral spoke following a meeting with President Mejia to discuss appointments prior to the election of city officers for Salinas, Azua.  Toral also proposes that the foreign debt not be more than 50% of the total debt.
