At the luncheon with the Japanese Emperor, President Fern&aacute;ndez was joined by cabinet members Minister of Foreign Relations Eduardo Latorre, Secretary of the Presidency Alejandrina German, Minister of Industry and Commerce Luis Manuel Bonetti, Minister of Tourism Felix Jim&eacute;nez, Technical Secretary of the Presidency Tem&iacute;stocles Mont&aacute;s and Dominican Embassy charge d&#8217;affairs, Jaime Vargas.
