The Listin Diario reports Dominican Power received RD$109 million, Smith Enron US$10.7 million, Compa&ntilde;&iacute;a de Puerto Plata US$2.5 million, and Continental Corporation, US$1.5 million. As a result, it was said that blackouts should decline to three hours per day. CDE said generation was at 1,635 megawatts.
