The Sala Capitular established the new tax structure: Antennas for radio, television or other communications for commercial use: RD$10,000 Microwave antennas RD$10,000 Satellite dishes up to 10 feet wide RD$5,000 Satellites dishes from 10-20 feet wide RD$8,5000 Satellite dishes of more than 20 feet RD$10,000 Substations will now pay RD$2 per kilowatt, and power plants RD$3 per kilowatt.
