The Fundaci?n Global Democracia y Desarrollo and the New Horizons Corporate Group are sponsoring the conference. Former President Leonel Fern?ndez is the president of the Fundaci?n Global.<br \/>\nDhawan is an expert on the behavior of economic cycles and the effect monetary policies have on small companies. He is also an advisor to government and educational centers in Atlanta, Georgia.<br \/>\nThe conference will take place Tuesday, 22 July at 7:30 pm at the Funglode offices located at 26 Capitan Eugenio de Marchena Street, La Esperilla.
