The Department of State validated the extradition order issued by a New York Supreme Court of Justice in August of this year. Cabrera Dur&aacute;n is accused of having shot the bullet that killed journalist Orlando Mart&iacute;nez, back in 1975. The case is being heard in Dominican courts.
