President Leonel Fernández said it would be sad that a country that is promoting and inserting itself effectively in international markets and is in an initial phase of high technology fell in the hands of people that speak of "grabbing the chicken by the tail". He was referring to Hipólito Mejía, the presidential candidate of the PRD, who is known as a very colorful speaker.
