\neffect of globalization, both in the countries that are net exporters of direct
\ninvestments, as well as the receivers of the investment, is the higher

\nthat the only thing that happens when there is foreign investment is that the
\nproduct is produced with cheaper labor. Unfulfilled promises of prosperity will
