Dr. Abel Rodr&iacute;guez has stopped the prosecution of Senator Antonio Feliz Perez, his business partner Nelson Fern&aacute;ndez Mancebo and others involved in the scandal whereby persons of influence in the past government of President Balaguer abused their positions to purchase the lands belonging to a national park.
