President Fern&aacute;ndez aspires that the project that comes forth from the talks will transcend his government and become a true national agenda that includes global reforms. All development projects presented by the social and political sectors are up for discussion. The talks are directed by President Fern&aacute;ndez himself, Monsignor Agripino N&uacute;&ntilde;ez and Carlos Dor&eacute;.
