The hotel was remodeled by the Accor group, which also operates the Hotel Francés (Sofitel brand) in the Colonial City. The Comercial is located on Calle El Conde, the city’s pedestrian mall promenade. The hotel will be known as Mercure Hotel Comercial. It has 96 rooms, two suites located on four floors.
