Oscar Pe&ntilde;a will be the president of the new organization. The group now has 12 hotels, and 3,058 hotel rooms located in Puerto Plata, Samana, and San Pedro de Macor&iacute;s provinces.  The board of directors of the group is: Marino Ginebra, president; Luis L&oacute;pez, vice president; Ricardo Pellerano, secretary; Oscar Pe&ntilde;a, Rafael Cabrera and Carlos Dom&iacute;nguez, members. Jaime de Torquemada is the vice president of operations; Tirso Pe&ntilde;a, vice president finance and Antonio Herrera is the marketing director.
