The ministry has not paid for service over the past year. Sanchez told the newspaper that this is an example of the distribution companies&#8217; new policy following the renationalization of the Union Fenosa distributors. It is well known that governmental offices and departments are among the most delinquent of the distributors&#8217; clients.
