Viva Wyndham, that also operates the Tangerine (Cabarete) and the Dominicus Beach &#038; Palace (Bayahibe), took over the former Guatapanal all-inclusive property on the beach of Cozon, west of Las Terrenas in the province of Samana. Viva Wyndham reports investing US$20 million in the purchase, remodeling and expansion of beach property.
