Puerto Luperon?s Atlantica project announced the successful closing of US$50 million in sales contracts and over US$45 million in signed upgrade options at the northern residential resort community in its inaugural offering since its official launch in October. The project is slated to become a major player amongst the Caribbean yachting community, given the exceptional conditions of the natural port.<\/p>\n
Pierre Schnebelen, who was responsible for the launching of Cap Cana in the east coast, announced that the partnership with Miami-based Resorts of the World, LLC, the marketing and sales agent for Atlantica?s real estate, resulted in a record-breaking sales in two months.<\/p>\n
“The success of this first closing is extremely gratifying,” said Pierre Schnebelen, president of Atlantica. “With construction of the infrastructure already on the way, and the ground breaking of the Captain’s Cove Townhomes starting in January 2005, we look forward to welcoming the first residents to their new homes in December of 2005,” he told the press.<\/p>\n
