\nof Sosua and Cabarete, reports that while 2004 was a very good year for area
\nhotels, 2005 will be even better. She points out that hotel occupancy ranged
\nfrom a minimum 71.16% to a max of 93.09% with an annual average of 80.87% in
\n2004.
\nSo far this year, the Association is reporting average occupancy of 87.37%. She
\npoints out that occupancy increases have been consistent so far. “This means
\nthat we are achieving our main goal of repositioning the area of Sosua and
\nCabarete both at a national and international level.”
\nDesimone expects that the repaving of the Maimon-Rio San Juan highway will
