Travelers flying on Delta from Santiago and Santo Domingo to New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport need to know that as of 5 November, Delta flight 487 from Las Americas International in Santo Domingo (SDQ) to JFK in New York City will depart in the morning, at 9am, instead of at 9:20pm in the evening. Likewise, Delta flight 488 from JFK to Santo Domingo will depart at 2:48pm instead of at 2:15am. <\/p>\n
Other changes for the next peak Christmas travel season is that the Delta 555 flight from JFK to Santiago that left at 8:58pm will now take off at 9:15am and Delta 556 from Santiago will be changed from a 2:22am departure to 3:06pm. <\/p>\n
The new schedules are: <\/p>\n
JFK to SDQ: Flight 493 departs 7:41am, arrives 12:32pm. Return is Flight 494 departing SDQ at 1:32pm arriving 4:30pm. And Flight 487 departs 9am, arrives 1:48pm, and 488 departs 2:48pm and arrives 5:46pm. <\/p>\n
JFK to STI: Flight 549 departs 7:20am, arrives 12:07pm. Return is Flight 550 that departs 1:07pm and arrives 3:55pm. And Flight 555 departs 9:15am and arrives 2:02pm. Return is Flight 556 departing 3:06pm and arriving 6pm. <\/p>\n
Maria Fernanda Price, regional manager for Delta for the Caribbean and Central America says that changes give customers more flexibility especially for continuing flights.
