“Our strategy is to present a diversified offer,” said Tejeda. He acknowledges that the DR is best known for its all-inclusive properties but says they have specialized in a different operation that is also in great demand. “This is closely linked to an area like Juan Dolio that has two golf courses (Guavaberry and Los Marlins), attractive gastronomy, and will soon have a new water park to be located 15 minutes from Juan Dolio and just 45 minutes from Santo Domingo. <\/p>\n
Xeliter already has 1,500 apartments in its rental pool, approximately 3,000 rooms. <\/p>\n
Joel Santos says: “This development model is very tied to multi-destination. Lodging that is not all-included allows for greater mobility so that the visitor can enjoy several destinations in one stay.” <\/p>\n
Coral Hospitality Corps encompasses Coral Hotels, Xeliter and Xeliter Rentals. <\/p>\n
Other Xeliter Rentals properties are Vista Mare in Samana, and Marina Sands and Caleton Villas in Cap Cana. <\/p>\n
