The Wednesday, 11 September concert at the National Theater will feature music by Kabalevsky, Kodaly and Grieg and starts at 8:30pm. Conducted by Caonex Peguero, the orchestra presents Peng-Peng Zhang as guest pianist. The program includes Dmitri Kabalevsky’s Overture to Colas Breugnon Op 24, Zoltan Kodaly Hary Janos’ Suite Op. 15 and Edvard Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor, Op 16 for piano and orchestra. <\/p>\n

Then on Thursday, 26 September, the National Symphony Orchestra Concert performs with conductors Antonio Molina, Julio de Windt and Jacinto Gimbernard at 8:30pm at the Carlos Piantini Hall of the National Theater. The guest performer will be Dale Clevenger. The program features music by Wagner, Tchaikovsky and Ravel. And there are two Dominican concerts by composers Aura Marina del Rosario and Bienvenido Bustamante. <\/p>\n
