The &#8220;Societies of Reciprocal Guarantees&#8221; (Sociedades de Garantias Reciprocas) and &#8220;Guarantee Societies&#8221; (Sociedades de Reafianzamiento) will make it easier for small business to access lower-cost financing. Third parties will provide provisional funds for the guarantees, as reported in El Dia.
