The budget is due to be sent to Congress no later than 1 October 2014. <\/p>\n<p> Administrative Minister of the Presidency Jose Ramon Peralta says that most budget increases will be allocated to the Ministry of Education and to paying the country&#8217;s foreign debt, adding that assignments for most ministries will be kept at the same level.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We have to comply with the 4% of the GDP for education and the growth of the economy means we have to add around RD$10 to 11 billion to the education budget for this year, because the GDP is up,&#8221; said Peralta.
