The event takes place from 6 to 10 October 2015. Discover Puerto Plata is the north coast destination&#8217;s leading marketing event. Travel agents, tour operators and tourism product suppliers from the north coast will be taking part along with key Ministry of Tourism officials. <\/p>\n<p>Discover Puerto Plata&#8217;s official opening takes place on Wednesday, 7 October with a cocktail reception at the Hotel Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort, which is hosting the event.
