The ban goes into effect at 12 noon on Thursday, 2 April 2015 and lasts until Monday, 6 April at 6am. Only trucks carrying fuel and perishable foodstuffs will be allowed to use the roads. <\/p>\n<p> Estrella also reminded drivers of the 80-kmh speed limit on most of the country&#8217;s highways on Thursday, 2 April, from noon until 11pm and on Sunday from 12 noon until 11pm.
