The authorities have released the names of the victims of the airplane crash in Punta Cana on Monday morning, 19 April 2015.<\/p>\n
The plane, registration PA32 HI957, crashed into a tree at the Cocotal golf course and residential area in Punta Cana. <\/p>\n
The two Spaniards were 61-year old Javier Izquierdo Diez and 60-year old Maria Dolores Villarreal Lain, who were staying at the Bahia Principe Punta Cana resort.<\/p>\n
Two Chileans, 34-year old Franco Antonio Urbina Parraguez and 30-year old Vanessa Nicole Hernandez Caceres, who were staying at the Bahia Principe Ambar. <\/p>\n
A 35-year old Belgian, Kim Jef Plas and 22-year old Anouk Gerarda Van Putten from the Netherlands, who were staying at the Bahia Principe Esmeralda.<\/p>\n
The Sky High (Aviation Service) plane departed from Punta Cana International Airport en route to Samana International Airport at 7:45am. <\/p>\n
It was piloted by Dominican Hector Soriano who was also killed in the crash. <\/p>\n
The pilot reported a fire on board and attempted to make an emergency landing. <\/p>\n
