It warns anyone who does this that they could face prosecution. <\/p>\n<p> CAASD head of operations Luis Salcedo said that they would be setting out a plan aimed at preventing loss of water through broken pipes. After receiving a complaint that tanker truck water sellers had increased their prices by more than 40%, he was asking the companies concerned to refrain from speculative charging as water was essential to all. <\/p>\n<p> Water shortages are affecting the whole province, with the reserves at the Francisco Moscoso Puello Hospital down to 25,000 gallons in a tank with an eight million-gallon capacity.
