The event seeks to position Puerto Plata as a land of opportunity. CEI-RD executive director Jean Alain Rodriguez made the announcement yesterday, Wednesday 16 September 2015. Rodriguez highlighted that Puerto Plata has everything an investor might need, including a dynamic economy and vibrant social life.
