The bill had been approved by the Congress for RD$663.56 billion and was fast-tracked through the ruling PLD-dominated Senate. <\/p>\n<p> An editorial in Diario Libre today, Thursday 3 December 2015 says that the business community is concerned about the increasing debt being taken on by the government.
