Horacio Bautista Garcia is accused by the state prosecution service of murdering Claro telecom executive 64-year old Ruben Daniel Nunez Pina when the latter resisted theft on the evening of Wednesday, 9 December 2015. <\/p>\n
As reported, the executive was walking inside the park at around 8pm accompanied by 48-year old Aida Taveras de Kim when they sat down on one of the park benches in a wooded area. <\/p>\n
As reported, Nunez was resisting the theft to protect Aida Taveras when Bautista stabbed Nunez. Bautista stole the victim’s wallet, a smartphone, a Mont Blanc pen and other items. <\/p>\n
