In Decree 389-15 issued at the end of 2015 he made the announcement as 2016 opens as an electoral year and lack of housing is one of the country&#8217;s major deficits. <\/p>\n<p> Luis Lora, president of the Housing Developers and Builders Association in the Cibao region (APROCOVICI), says that according to their research, the Dominican Republic has a deficit of around a million homes.
