Gutierrez Nova, who is the son of high-ranking PLD official Insurance Superintendent Euclides Gutierrez Felix, is accused of identity fraud as well as possession of an illegal weapon.<\/p>\n<p> Although the Public Prosecution service said that he was a flight risk, when he left the courtroom Gutierrez Nova branded the sentence unfair and accused the Prosecution service of persecution, adding that he would be appealing.
