{"id":71426,"date":"2016-02-03T16:37:55","date_gmt":"2016-02-03T16:37:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dr1.com\/new\/?p=71426"},"modified":"2016-02-03T16:37:55","modified_gmt":"2016-02-03T16:37:55","slug":"cies-poll-says-there-will-be-second-round-of-election","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dr1.com\/news\/2016\/02\/03\/cies-poll-says-there-will-be-second-round-of-election\/","title":{"rendered":"Cies poll says there will be second round of election"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Another poll on the outcome of the presidential elections has been published, this time from Cies International, based in Miami.<\/p>\n<p> The poll said that if the elections were to be held today, President Danilo Medina (PLD) would obtain 48.5% and Luis Abinader (PRM) 37.1% that would mean there would be a second round of voting.<\/p>\n<p> The poll also looked at the candidate for mayor for the National District, which gave 47.3% to current mayor Roberto Salcedo and 36.7% to David Collado, PRM candidate.
