The people&#8217;s choice award is based on an online vote on http:\/\/www.premiosoberano.com<\/p>\n<p> To vote, click on Soberano del Publico and choose from the 213 nominees for best artist. The winner will be honored during a Red Carpet event on the day of the Soberano Awards at 7pm on Tuesday, 31 May 2016 at the National Theater in Santo Domingo.
