A man from the Dominican Republic, who has already been deported four times after four arrests in Delaware, has been arrested again after being caught with a large amount of money in New Jersey.<\/p>\n
According to the FBI, Richard Diaz-Garcia has been caught and deported from the United States and returned to the Dominican Republic four times since 2000.<\/p>\n
But he was arrested again in February 2016 and police officers seized US$5,000 that Diaz-Garcia was carrying in a black bag, as well as US$393 in his pockets, in Newark, New Jersey. <\/p>\n
Wilmington police in Delaware suspected that Diaz-Garcia was in the US illegally.<\/p>\n
Diaz-Garcia’s criminal record in Delaware dates back to 1999, when he was arrested on drug charges.<\/p>\n
He subsequently pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine as well as resisting arrest. He was deported to the Dominican Republic in 2010.<\/p>\n
