In 2015, Taiwanese businesses invested more than US$20 million in the country and created more than 3,000 jobs.  <\/p>\n<p> In addition, Taiwan is a major destination for the sale of Dominican products, with imports worth nearly US$30 million in 2015 including metals, medical instruments, shoes and electrical equipment.<\/p>\n<p> Exports from Taiwan to the DR rose to US$106.18 million in the same time period.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"3ppaYfC4wn\"><p><a href=\"http:\/\/almomento.net\/negocios-rep-dominicana-y-taiwan-superaron-los-136-millones-de-dolares\/\">Negocios Rep.
