Team manager Mois\u00e9s Rojas Alou is lining up repeat players from the winning 2013 team and new stars for the fourth edition of the international competition that starts on 6 March 2017.<\/p>\n
So far, the Dominican team includes (on paper at least) such mega-stars as Nelson Cruz, Manny Machado, Starling Marte, Robinson Can\u00f3 and Wellington Castillo. It also has Adrian Beltr\u00e9, Jos\u00e9 Reyes, Gregory Polanco, Gary S\u00e1nchez and Hanley Ram\u00edrez. There are rumors in the press that David Ortiz might \u201cperhaps\u201d take part. This, however, is only speculation.<\/p>\n
On 6 February 2017, the Dominican Republic will file its official roster. According to Diario Libre, local sources say that most of the starting lineup has confirmed their participation.<\/p>\n
