He said that the company\u2019s real corruption lies in the continuing overvaluations of the budgets and designs, which he says were routinely modified to increase the earnings and cover the cost of bribes.<\/p>\n<p>Andres Bautista was interviewed on the Uno+Uno program on TeleAntillas, Channel 2.
