The deal is the first time Goldman Sachs will invest in the country. Diez made the announcement after meeting with President Danilo Medina at the Presidential Palace.<\/p>\n<p>Diez Cabral said the funding will enable the company to accelerate its vision to expand in the Dominican Republic and the region.
