Out of the 773 candidates who sat for the test, 152 did not qualify, and another 125 were classified as &#8220;potentially qualified.&#8221; Only 81 of the candidates were classified as &#8220;excellent&#8221;. A further 45% were classified as &#8220;adjusted&#8221;. According to Aura Celeste Fernandez, the 152 who did not qualify should be removed from their posts and the 125 classified as &#8220;potentially qualified&#8221; must be re-trained, although the process does not guarantee that all of them will remain in their jobs. According to the report issued by the ENMP, the 152 magistrates in the last category will not be eligible to form part of the Justice Department&#8217;s civil service. The remaining 553 officials are eligible to opt for becoming members of the civil service, with the aforementioned limitations for those classified as &#8220;potentially qualified.&#8221;  Attorney General Francisco Dominguez Brito and the President&#8217;s legal advisor, Cesar Pina Toribio were present at the formal presentation of the report.
