Hundreds of thousands of people live in eastern Santo Domingo and commute to work in the National District.<\/p>\n<p>The cones were installed along the extension of Professor Juan Bosch Bridge that crosses over the Ozama River on to the Av. 27 de Febrero overpass exit.<\/p>\n<p>AMET spokesman said the cones stop drivers from crisscrossing lanes and creating bottlenecks.
