Peruvian plastic surgeon Dr. Cesar Morillas’s statement to a Spanish
\n publication, El Mundo that he had “created” Miss World, leaves
\n open the possibility that Peruvian Maria Julia Mantilla could be replaced.<\/p>\n

Dominican Claudia Cruz would then become Miss World, as reported in Hoy
\n newspaper. Cruz works for the Ministry of Tourism, and travels extensively promoting the country abroad.
\n The decision is in the hands of Julia Morley, chairwoman of the Miss World Organization.<\/p>\n
