He made the observation in a declaration yesterday, 30 May 2017, on the occasion of the commemoration of 30 May 1961, the date marking when Dictator Trujillo was assassinated.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the remembrance of that day obliges everyone to be more and more responsible in the building of democracy, freedom and the respect for human rights, and to create a society where people can live without fear.
