Nevertheless, in the same press release, the PGR says that as was indicated in the request for preventive custody, there is convincing evidence that bribes were paid out to secure international financing for the project.<\/p>\n<p>The PGR note indicates that there are two persons against whom they are requesting preventive custody in the group of 14 submitted to Judge Francisco Ortega.<\/p>\n<p>Diario Libre publishes the specifics of the accusations of each of the 14 accused.
