Cabarete’s popularity lies in its ability to cater for laid-back beachcombers who get their thrills from watching the colorful
windsurfing and kiteboarding action, as well as for those who want to be part of the action. In addition to world-class
windsurfing and kiteboarding, there is surfing, skateboarding and caving, all within a short 6 km stretch. Cabarete’s
restaurants offer a rich variety of breakfast and lunch options right on the beach, making it a beach-inclusive day outing
for visitors staying in north coast hotels.
