Course description: A ‘Dyebolic’ course. The holes run parallel to the Chavón River with a breathtaking view of mountains to the north or the Caribbean Sea to the south.

Family activities

   With its great variety of sports, activities and outdoor excursions, La Romana, Bayahibe and Dominicus area is family-oriented. Take PADI certification diving courses, learn to windsurf, kayak or canoe, take a banana boat ride, go fishing, horseback riding, 4-wheel motorcycle riding and much more.

Shopping

   La Romana town, Altos de Chavon and shops in the Casa de Campo and Dominicus beach areas offer excellent shopping for arts and crafts and Dominican things.

   The nights are when the entertainment staff of the hotels show off their artistic talents. Options open to all in the area are:

Altos de Chavón
   Following the tradition of Frank Sinatra, who sang at the site’s inaugural concert, some of the world’s best continue to perform on the Chavón amphitheater stage, including Sting who appeared in 2006. From December to April, you might be able to catch a Kandelá tropical music extravaganza with more than 50 performers on the stage.
   

Casa de Campo Marina
   Offers frequent live presentations plus the experience of dining under the stars in its large outdoor plaza.

La Romana City
   features many restaurants, discos and beer bars that cater to residents in Casa de Campo.
