For the second time since 2007, the Dominican Republic Food and Wine Festival booth is taking part in Disneyworld’s Epcot Food and Wine Festival.
The taste of Dominican cooking menu this 2015 features:
Lechon Asado: Roasted Pork with Mangu, Pickled Red Onions and Avocado (US$4.50)
Souffle de Yuca: Cassava Souffle topped with Griddled Cheese (US$4.75)
Pescado con Coco: Seared Grouper, Pigeon Peas and Rice, and Coconut Sauce (US$4.75)
The dessert is Caramel Flan with Roasted Pineapple (US$3.25)
There is Presidente Beer (US$3.50), Frozen Dominican Pina Colada (US$11) or Frozen Sugar Cane Cocktail with Don Barcelo Blanco Rum (US$9).
