The pictures are part of the historical memoirs of Puerto Plata and are special treasures preserved by the Sociedad Renovacion. Throughout the years, the photographs have served to help preserve and rescue important Victorian and colonial monuments. The photos revive the day-to-day life of the first half of last century, when most of the colonial houses and buildings, which today are considered our cultural heritage, were built.
