Accommodation:
Twenty-one spacious and comfortable rooms with air-conditioning or with ceiling
fan. Some rooms have one king size bed and others two queen size beds. All the
rooms are tastefully decorated with meticulous attention to detail. Each room
has a distinct interior design.
All have a spectacular sea view and a private terrace
with rocking chairs or chaise lounge. Cleanliness, water and electricity service
are impeccable. Bathrooms have a bathtub and shower, hair dryer, hot and cool
water.
In room safe deposit box. Rooms are very breezy and well ventilated.
Lobby:
Very spacious, with game tables, sitting recesses and rocking chairs on a big
terrace with a sea view. Social games, books and magazines available.
Reception:
We provide exchange for foreign currency and travelers checks.
We also assist with necessary information and advice about excursions and

Situated between the hotel and the sea. Sun chairs and towels free of charge.

Excellent and inventive cuisine. The hotel chef celebrates the Caribbean flavors
(shrimps in papaya sauce, chicken in ginger sauce, lamb with honey, chocolate
cake in lemongrass dressing, lobster in caramel…).

Activities:
Excellent snorkeling in front of the hotel. Snorkeling equipment is available
for rent. The hotel lends bicycles and kayaks.

villages and mountains of the interior. PADI scuba diving center near the hotel.
The hotel organizes boat trips and all day horse back

kms away) and visits to the Bacardi Island (Cayo Levantado).
You can also rent Jeeps and Motorcycles nearby to get
to know better the beautiful country side and the secludes beaches of Las
Galeras, and much, much more…
How to get here:
(From Santo Domingo or Puerto Plata)
By small plane (Santo Domingo-Samaná) that can be arranged any time during
daylight hours. We can arrange private chartered planes or regular flights to
and from El Portillo.
By taxi from Santo Domingo in 5 hours or Puerto Plata
or Santiago in less than 4 hours.
If the client arrives by plane we also organize a taxi
that will pick them up in El Portillo or Arroyo Barril airport.
