Someone needs to clarify these numbers. For example -- "Pregnant students: 1422, 0.11%"
Does 0.11% mean 11 per cent? Or does it mean .11 per cent?
11 percent would mean 11 out of every 100. Whereas .11 per cent would mean 11 out of every 10,000. Which is it??
