Carnival 2009 dates?

Hello, We will be in Sosua Feb. 27 - March 8, and we're hoping to catch the very tail end of Carnival in La Vega. Does anyone know if the last weekend of Carnival there is Feb. 21 or Feb. 28? Thanks!
