Hello dr1 community! I was wondering where in the capital might I purchase stun gun or taser or even pepper spray. Also, what are the laws regarding possession of any of these on and off the streets? As a foreigner is there some sort of special process?

Does anyone know where one may get their very own Yellow Pages book in SD for personal use? I've seen them around so they certainly exist. Though I've only seen businesses and some land lords have them. There's a yellow pages website but I wouldn't mind having the book in front of me.
